BIO
Serenade is the daughter of Sonata and Glitter.  She can just just about anything they can when it comes to entertainment, while at the same time throwing her own flair into the mix.  For instance, she can build and operate many puppets like her mother, but has never had to use them to get out of a nasty situation.  She loves traveling the world with her parents when she can, but she also knows that her studies come first, so she is of moderate intelligence, and can easily figure out a solution to all kinds of different problems, traits which she inherited from her mother.  On her father's side, she has amazing vocal cords, and she is never shy about using them.  She's even performed at a few school talent shows, a few of which she even took home the grand prize.  She is a very well-liked pony both on the schoolyard and on the streets.  Though, because she is an only child, she does get lonely, especially when her parents are away on their respective tours, but it's not so bad.  Glitter often leaves Serenade with her Aunt Lilac and Uncle Darkhoove, but there are plenty of times even with that that Serenade doesn't want to see anyone, and sometimes cries herself to sleep when her parents are away for days on end.  She can take care of herself, but she prefers to have her actual parents there for her when she needs them, which isn't always possible.

Aside from that, Serenade is a very happy pony for the most part, and can make friends with just about anyone.  She loves to sing whenever she can, and even has other musical talents, such as playing various woodwind instruments.  Her favorite is the clarinet, just because of its unique sound and ease of play.

There are even sometimes when she performs on stage with her parents, and no matter what, she will always sing the song Country Roads.  Not the one from John Denver, but the one from the Studio Ghibli film Whisper of the Heart, and it has since become her theme song.  Although Sonata has sang the song for his daughter as a lullaby.

Serenade has been taught that music calms the savage beast, and in her experience, she has come to believe ever word of it.  She has managed to calm many would-be attackers on her with her singing voice that seems almost like the wail of a siren, but isn't nearly as captivating.  It does help keep her out of danger.

SPECIAL POWERS:  Like Sonata, she can mimic just about any vocal range of singers, but mostly females.  Like Sonata, she tries to avoid heavy metal music or rap, but she does have the stamina to keep up should she have to do that.  She can also operate puppets like her mother, and she often does so to have them dance to her song.
