Big Father Dragon (Also called Tanzanite)

Shares a striking resemblance to the Dragon Hatchling doesn't it?  This one is presumable the father of the Hatchling.  Also from my Aunt's collection. 

CHARACTER BIO
NAME:  Tanzanite
AGE:  1500
OCCUPATION:  Detective, and Jeweler

BIO:
Tanzanite is Stormrider's younger brother, but he followed a completely different path.  Instead of helping with wars in many dimensions, he was more interested in finding the causes of said wars when all was said and done in order to prevent a similar war from happening again.  His senses have been accustomed to detect even the smallest, most insignificant clue.  His sight is so sharp that he can see a suspicious figure on top of a bridge almost 2,000 yards away, his smell is stronger than a dog in that even after the food has been thrown away or consumed, he can still smell where it was, and just like a bloodhound, he can sniff out to where it went.  His hearing is so sharp, that he can hear a whisper from a football field's length away.  Even his sense of touch is enhanced.

Tanzanite has worked with his good friend Sleuth on several cases, but he normally prefers to work alone as a P. I.
He's very smart, like Detective Conan from the popular anime of the same name, but the business isn't the only thing he does for a living.

Oh other days, he's a jeweler.  He's always had a fascination with precious gemstones, especially when light reflects though them creating breathtaking imagery.  What started as a simple hobby of digging up gemstones, cleaning, polishing, and cutting them, and then either putting them up in his private collection, or selling them for a profit, Tanzanite became so good at it, that he decided to turn it into a full-blown career.  He enjoys appeasing gemstones for their worth, using them for decorations (if they're fake, if it's real, he often keeps them locked up at the customer's request, depending on what the customer wants to do with it.)  He can also easily spot a forgery easily.

STRENGTHS
Tanzanite's senses allow him to detect even the smallest clue that sometimes even the best P.I.s miss, and while he can't see fingerprints, he CAN tell when someone is lying, just by the tone in their voices.  In fact, he makes it a point to make eye-contact whenever he's interrogating suspects just to be sure.  While he is also easily distracted by shiny objects, he also understands the duties of his job come before his hobby.  He won't sway easily, nor does he take bribes.

WEAKNESS
Tanzanite is a slight perfectionist, and has many periods of OCD.  Even the slightest imperfection can set him off (unless it's fake from the get-go), he will not stop until it's perfect, or at least as close to perfect as he can manage.  He has mellowed down a lot though, so it's not as prominent, but it does still happen.  Sometimes he'll deliberately make it imperfect at the customer's request.
